Returns and Refunds Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

1. Returns – Change of Mind

If you purchase an item online and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To arrange a return, please contact us by email, quoting your order number and confirming which item you wish to return.

Returned items should be securely packaged and sent back in a condition that allows us to assess them. You may handle an item as you would reasonably be allowed to in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has consequently reduced, we may be entitled to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by our legal obligations, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, does not work as described, or is different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may also be helpful where an item has been damaged in transit.

We will assess the issue and explain the available options, which may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as appropriate.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you of the outcome.

For cancellations made under the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue the refund within the legally required timeframe. This will normally be within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Where you cancel an order within the statutory cooling-off period, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the equivalent of our least expensive standard delivery option.

For other approved returns, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and any agreed return arrangements.

4. Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned

Certain items may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel, where the relevant legal conditions apply. These can include:

  • Custom-made or personalised items produced to your specifications.

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the relevant exception applies.

  • Sealed audio recordings, video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery, where the relevant exception applies.

These exceptions do not remove any applicable rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

For electronic components, modules, cables and connectors, please ensure that you select the correct item and specifications before ordering. Opening packaging or testing an item does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

5. Returning Your Goods

Before returning an item, please contact us for return instructions.

Please ensure that:

  • The item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Your order number or other identifying order information is included.

  • You retain proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Please do not send items to an address other than the return address we provide.

6. Exchanges

If you require a different item, please contact us to discuss availability. Where appropriate, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Any exchange arrangement will be subject to stock availability and your statutory rights.

7. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service and work with you to resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning delivery and non-delivery remain unaffected.

Where this policy differs from your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.
