Description
The KY-021 Tilt Switch Module is a compact and efficient sensor that detects small changes in orientation, ideal for adding tilt or motion detection to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and microcontroller projects.
This module uses a ball-type mechanical tilt switch, which closes the circuit when tilted to a certain angle. It outputs a digital HIGH or LOW signal, making it perfect for fall detection, motion-activated systems, anti-tamper alarms, or orientation-based triggers.
Due to its miniature design, the KY-021 is especially suited for projects with space constraints, including robotics, wearables, and compact embedded systems.
