The CD4046BE is a micropower Phase Locked Loop (PLL) IC in a DIP16 through hole package, perfect for signal processing, frequency synthesis, demodulation, and tone decoding applications.
It features a low power voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), source follower, zener diode, and two phase comparators all integrated into a single CMOS device.
