This pack of five ULN2003A SOP16 Surface Mount Darlington Arrays is perfect for controlling high voltage, high current loads from TTL or CMOS logic systems.
Each IC contains seven Darlington pairs with open collector outputs and integrated suppression diodes for safe operation with inductive loads.
Designed for ease of PCB layout, the ULN2003A features inputs and outputs pinned opposite one another. These versatile driver ICs are ideal for driving relays, stepper motors, solenoids, LEDs, and other power devices in embedded and control applications.
