Description
The NE556 DIP14 through hole IC features two independent precision timing circuits in one package, perfect for a wide range of timing, delay, pulse generation, and oscillator applications.
Each timer can be configured in either astable (oscillator) or monostable (one-shot) mode, with external resistor-capacitor (RC) components setting the timing intervals.
The control voltage pin allows active modulation of the timing for flexible control.
