Description
These FQP30N06L logic-level N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFETs are ideal for switching and amplification tasks in DIY electronics, automation, and power control circuits.
With gate voltages in the 3 to 5V range, they can be fully switched on directly by microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other logic-level devices no external driver needed.
Built using advanced planar stripe and DMOS technology, these power MOSFETs offer low RDS(on), fast switching, and high avalanche energy capability.
