Description
This Sound Detection Sensor Module lets you easily detect when ambient sound exceeds a set threshold.
It uses an electret condenser microphone to pick up sound signals, which are then processed by an LM393 differential comparator.
Adjust the onboard potentiometer to set your desired sensitivity turn clockwise for more sensitivity and counterclockwise for less.
When the sound level goes above your set point, the module’s LED lights up and the output goes low, allowing you to trigger events in your Arduino, PIC, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontroller projects.
