Description
The 74HC04N DIP14 through hole are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL).
The inputs include clamp diodes that enable the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.
The 74HC/HCT04 provide six inverting buffers.
